One thing I wish I had access to when learning about procedural asset creation is a tutorial that follows the whole procedural asset creation pipeline from initial model creation through to UVs and texturing. I also understand how daunting the first steps into procedural software can be so I wanted to make the tutorial as quick as possible while also covering the core concepts.
